この満月は、ウェサク祭と呼ばれる仏教の祭りの日でもあります。
This full moon is also on the day of a Buddhist festival known as Vesak.

東南アジア等の南伝仏教の地域で、ウェサク祭はお釈迦様の誕生・悟り・入滅（にゅうめつ）の縁日とされています。
In regions that practice southern Buddhism such as Southeast Asia, Vesak is said to be a day that is associated with the birth, enlightenment and death of Buddha.

It’s such a powerful full moon⭐

月の光を浴びて瞑想やクリスタルの浄化もいいですね♪
It's great to meditate in the moonlight and purify crystals by exposing them to it.

 

 

自分を動揺させるような不要なものを手放し、バランスの取れた「中道」を歩むことを意識することは、お釈迦様がきっとお喜びになるでしょう🤗
Buddha will surely be pleased if you let go of unnecessary things that upset you and are conscious to walk the balanced "middle way".

中道とは、快楽でも苦行でもなく、緩過ぎもせず、きつ過ぎもしません。
The middle way is not pleasure or penance, nor is it too loose or too harsh.

つまり極端ではない道のことを指しますが、それはバランスの取れた持続可能な道でもあります。
In other words, it refers to a path that is not extreme, while also being a balanced and sustainable one.
